Over more than 25 years in financial services, he worked his way through nearly every level of the business and into the C-suite. That path taught him something you can't learn from the corner office alone: how decisions look from every floor of the building, and how often a well-run process carries a company confidently in the wrong direction.

In 2026, the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) named him Top Rising Voice in Leadership for 2027. Today Joe speaks to leadership audiences and advises a small number of executives privately. His message is simple and slightly inconvenient: before you trust the process, make sure it's pointed at the right problem.
